Mr. Herman Beard, Jr., age 82, transitioned on August 12, 2025. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Winnsboro Second Baptist Church, Bosworth Street in Winnsboro, Louisiana. Interment will follow at Moss Grove Cemetery in Newellton, Louisiana.
