Mr. Johnny C. Bell, age 69, of West Monroe, Louisiana, transitioned from this life on January 26, 2026.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Richardson Funeral Home, located in Winnsboro, Louisiana.
Funeral services will take place on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. John Baptist Church in Winnsboro, LA.
Interment will follow at the V.A. Cemetery in Rayville, Louisiana.
