Della Ward Neal, 95, of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, transitioned from labor to reward at her home on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025; 10:00 AM at The Living Gospel Church (700 Montgomery Ave, West Monroe, LA). Burial will follow at Hope Estate Cemetery in Wisner, LA.
