Mr. Thomas Hillard, 77, of Monroe, LA, passed away on February 19, 2026. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Richardson Funeral Home, 1866 Winnsboro Road, Monroe, LA 71202.
