L.Z. Hoard

Mr. L.Z. Hoard transitioned from labor to reward on May 11, 2026, at the age of 88.

Visitation is scheduled for Saturday , May 16, 2026, at Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Winnsboro, LA from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Funeral service will be held at Abundant Life Evangelistic Ministries in Winnsboro, LA; Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM.

Burial will follow immediately after; at Morning Star Cemetery in Fort Necessity, LA.

Please continue to keep the Hoard family lifted in prayer as they navigate this time of loss.

L Z and I worked together for years and also Chris. Both have always been close friends and good workers. I am sorry I just found out L Z had passed today. Checked on Chris today and found out. My prayers will be with the family.

  So sorry for your loss. I have nothing but wonderful, fond memories of LZ. He was a huge part of our childhood and stayed connected thru the years. I just found out he passed today. My deepest sympathy to the family.
