Mr. Turner B. McCarter transitioned on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at the age of 69.
Visitation will be at Richardson Funeral Home in Winnsboro, LA on Friday, April 17, 2026, between the hours of 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
On Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM there will be a Graveside service at Morning Star Cemetery in Fort Necessity, LA.
