Mr. Woodrow Bell of Winnsboro, LA transitioned on November 15, 2024. Visitation will be held at Winnsboro Second Baptist Church on Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be Friday, November 22, 2024; 11:00 AM at Winnsboro Second Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Northeast LA Veteran Cemetery in Rayville, LA.
