Ms. Vickie R. Hollins transitioned from labor to reward on August 26, 2026 at the age of 61.

Visitation is scheduled for Friday, September 11, 2026, at Richardson Funeral Home in Monroe, LA from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Funeral service is Saturday, September 12, 2026; 11:00 AM at Mount. Zion Baptist Church, 211 Mount Zion Street, Monroe, LA.

Burial will follow immediately after at Morning Star/Pleasant Star Cemetery, Fort Necessity, LA.

Please continue to keep the Hollins family lifted in prayer as they navigate this time of loss.

This has really through me for a loop! I have known Vickie all my life we grew up together in Newtown just like family. Girl you hurt us but I know God makes no mistakes he was ready for one of his beautiful angels to come home. My sincere condolences to the Hollins family. Love all of you!!
